Pierre Sollier met Dr. Alfred Tomatis in 1984.  He became fascinated by his discoveries and studied under him in Paris. In 1991, he opened the Mozart Center in Lafayette, California, treating many children and adults with the Tomatis Method.  He is the author of most of the articles published on the www.tomatis.com website, and he co-translated The Ear and the Voice by Dr. Tomatis. Pierre taught French for 10 years in France, before moving to California.  He studied psychology at the J.F. Kennedy University in Orinda, and became a Licensed Family Therapist.  Since 2001, he has lived in Oaxaca, Mexico.
